School offers a diverse range of sporting and cultural
opportunities for our students and as a school our
facilities and location are fantastic. Not only
do we have a 25m heated pool onsite, there are also
two full size sports fields, an astroturf, two netball
courts and a hall. We are also in easy walking distance
(300m) of Papamoa Beach, and the Gordon Spratt,
Wairakei and Simpson Reserves.

Maunganui. We have an average roll of approximately
680 students, catering for students from Years 0
to 6. We have a diverse student population. Our
students come from many ethnic backgrounds, providing

College is a state coeducational Year 7–13
secondary school. The school opened in February
2011 as the city's fifth state secondary school,
serving the growing Papamoa area. As of March 2020,
the school has 1545 students from Years 7 to 13.
Papamoa College is a place where students come to
continue their learning. Life is an ongoing process
of growing and learning, and therefore learning
at school should relate closely to life at home
